Terms of Service

By accessing or using ReviewRx ("Service"), operated by ReviewRx ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ReviewRx provides automated Google Business Profile management for medical aesthetics practices, including AI-powered review responses, content posting, and performance reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business entity you represent. By creating an account, you represent that all registration information is accurate and that you are authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you connect.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

By connecting your Google Business Profile via OAuth, you grant ReviewRx permission to: • Read and respond to reviews on your behalf • Create and publish posts to your profile • Access profile analytics and performance data You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. We will never modify your profile information, hours, or contact details without explicit written consent.

ReviewRx uses artificial intelligence to generate review responses and profile content. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism: • All AI responses to negative reviews (3 stars or below) are queued for your approval before posting • AI-generated content is designed to be HIPAA-compliant and does not reference specific treatments, diagnoses, or patient health information • You retain the right to edit, approve, or reject any content before it is published • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors You are ultimately responsible for all content published to your Google Business Profile.

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein. We do not sell your data to third parties. Review data and business information are used solely to provide and improve the Service.

ReviewRx is not a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate. Our AI is designed to avoid generating content that could constitute protected health information (PHI). However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable healthcare privacy regulations. Do not include patient names, health conditions, treatment details, or other PHI in any configuration or communication with ReviewRx.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by ReviewRx and protected by intellectual property laws. Content generated by our AI for your business profile is licensed to you for use on your Google Business Profile. You retain ownership of your business data, review content, and any materials you provide to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewRx shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of revenue, bookings, or business opportunities • Changes to Google's policies, algorithms, or API availability • Temporary service interruptions or downtime Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will increase your bookings, review count, or search rankings. Results vary by practice, location, and market conditions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
